OR Soft applies an incremental project approach that can generate real benefits for the user within a few weeks. Project success is ensured by involving the future end users early in the process and the productive pilot implementations are based on the "real" ERP data.
No risk: start with a pilot using customer data instead of just showing PowerPoint slides at kick-off
After the assessment of success criteria, OR Soft retrieves a copy of the business model (master and dynamic data) from SAP ERP or SAP SCM, SAP R/3 or SAP APO respectively, using a transport order. Based on this data, OR Soft creates a pilot solution within a matter of weeks and it usually contains about 75% of the final feature scope.
After acknowledgement of the pilot, the solution is customized and individualized to ensure end user satisfaction. Weekly reports document the project progress within the fixed price for software and implementation.
